About The Position

This role is responsible for providing excellent internal and external guest service, accurately paying and/or verifying jackpot winnings, and completing required documentation. The position also involves maintaining the operation of slot machines by clearing bill validator jams and ticket dispenser issues. The Slot Floor Supervisor ensures compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and facility standards, and may participate in soft drop/count procedures. Protecting company assets is a key responsibility, along with performing other reasonable duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent internal/external guest service skills.
• Ability to accurately pay and/or verify jackpot winnings.
• Proficiency in completing required written documentation.
• Knowledge of slot machines to clear bill validator jams and maintain ticket dispensers.
• Understanding of gaming regulations and company policies.
• Ability to protect company assets.

Responsibilities
