About The Position

The Slot Beverage Ambassador provides beverage service and makes change for guests in assigned areas while maintaining Title 31 requirements. The role includes responsible alcohol service in accordance with alcohol awareness training and handling guest opportunities in a positive, professional manner. Duties also cover the slot floor, hand pays, minor machine repairs, currency and coin exchange, beverage service, and players card signups. The ambassador follows Title 31 procedures and safeguards company assets.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.
• Basic math and money-handling skills.
• Ability to handle a flexible schedule.
• Complete knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beers, including proper glassware, pricing, and garnishes.
• Willingness and preparedness to assist with bartending, hosting, food serving, or cashiering.

Responsibilities

• Provide beverage service and make change for guests in assigned areas.
• Serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with alcohol awareness training.
• Handle guest opportunities in a positive and professional manner.
• Perform slot-floor duties, hand pays, minor machine repairs, and currency and coin exchanges.
• Follow all Title 31 procedures and requirements.
• Observe and safeguard company assets.
• Maintain knowledge of the Boarding Pass program, issue new players cards, and reprint cards upon guest request.
• Stay informed about upcoming events and promotions and promote enrollment by recruiting new players card sign-ups.
• Help where needed with bartending, hosting, food serving, or cashiering.
