About The Position

The Slot Beverage Ambassador provides beverage service and makes change for Guests in assigned areas while maintaining Title 31 requirements. The role includes responsible alcohol service in accordance with alcohol awareness training and handling Guest opportunities in a positive and professional manner. Responsibilities also include supporting the slot floor, hand pays, minor machine repairs, currency and coin exchange, beverage service, and players card signups. The position follows Title 31 procedures and observes and safeguards Company assets.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
Basic math and money-handling skills.
Ability to handle a flexible schedule.
Complete knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beers, including appropriate glassware, pricing, and garnishes.
Willingness and preparedness to assist with bartending, hosting, food serving, or cashiering.

Responsibilities

Provide beverage service and make change for Guests in assigned areas while maintaining Title 31 requirements.
Serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with alcohol awareness training.
Handle Guest opportunities in a positive and professional manner.
Support the slot floor, hand pays, minor machine repairs, and currency and coin exchange.
Sign up players for cards and maintain awareness of the Boarding Pass program.
Issue new players cards and reprint cards at a Guest’s request.
Follow all Title 31 procedures.
Observe and safeguard Company assets.
Assist where needed with bartending, hosting, food serving, or cashiering.
Stay aware of upcoming events and promotions and promote enrollment on the slot floor by recruiting players card sign-ups.
