About The Position
Develops customer relationships by providing outstanding services that exceed our guests' expectations. Provides guest support services that are essential to continuous slot play.
Requirements
- Basic mathematics skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Performing needed slot machine repairs.
- Selling slot tokens to our guest.
- Handling jackpot and hopper fill transactions promptly, accurately, and with a high degree of customer service.
- Cleaning slot games during slow gaming sessions.
- Observing slot players within assigned area - offer assistance, instructions, and advise on various types of machines in that area.
- Assuring professional, positive, and friendly customer relations within assigned slot section of casino floor.
