About The Position

Parker & Sons TUCSON is seeking a weekend dispatcher to schedule and dispatch home services repair, installation, and maintenance technicians to customer locations. The role coordinates technician schedules and work orders, communicates with customers and field personnel, and supports parts, warranty, and departmental administration. The listed schedule is Monday and Friday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m.–6 p.m.; the Saturday and Sunday shifts are remote. The starting rate is $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience, with bonus and growth potential.

Requirements

• At least one year of dispatching experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or a related trades industry; the posting states candidates without trades dispatch experience will not be considered.
• The qualifications section specifies a minimum of two years of dispatching experience in HVAC, plumbing, or a related industry.
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with Service Titan.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor the daily technician schedule.
• Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location.
• Receive and record completed work orders from field technicians.
• Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments.
• Communicate with field personnel via Outlook.
• Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians.
• Maintain an accurate technician database.
• Coordinate parts scheduling.
• Coordinate warranty installations with other divisions.
• Answer customers’ general questions about rebates, system operations, warranties, and related topics.
