About The Position

As a Service Technician, you are responsible for performing diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on a variety of vehicles. The role involves identifying mechanical issues, conducting repairs, and ensuring that vehicles meet safety and performance standards.

Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

Conduct vehicle inspections and tests to diagnose vehicles.
Perform MPI on all vehicles.
Complete PDI on all new vehicles.
Comply with dealership and manufacturer job-related training and requirements.
Achieve monthly productivity objectives.
Communicate vehicle repair recommendations and maintenance repairs to the service advisor.
Keep vehicle bays clean every day and care for equipment to help ensure its longevity.
Provide clear, personable video or picture documentation of repair recommendations for every RO.
Before vehicle delivery, bring the vehicle through the car wash unless noted otherwise.
Adhere to employee handbook policies and procedures.
Assist with the cleanliness and organization of the service department.
