About The Position

As a Service Technician, you are responsible for performing diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on a variety of vehicles. The role involves identifying mechanical issues, conducting repairs, and ensuring vehicles meet safety and performance standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct vehicle inspections and tests to diagnose vehicles.
Perform MPI on all vehicles.
Complete PDI on all new vehicles.
Comply with dealership and manufacturer job-related training and requirements.
Achieve monthly productivity objectives.
Communicate vehicle repair recommendations and maintenance repairs to the service advisor.
Keep vehicle bays clean every day.
Care for and maintain equipment to support its longevity.
Provide clear, personable video or pictures of repair recommendations for every RO.
Before vehicle delivery, bring it through the car wash unless noted otherwise.
Adhere to employee handbook policies and procedures.
Assist with cleanliness and organization of the service department.
