About The Position

Skilled Labor performs skilled services that have been developed though project experience, and has a level of personal responsibility that allows them to work without direct supervision.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to work with other people.
Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with others, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner.
Basic problem-solving skills
Detailed oriented with an emphasis on skilled demolition and technical construction related services.
Ability to perform skilled labor as directed.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals

Nice To Haves

Multi or Bi-lingual language skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Performs board up services, construction of temporary walls, and/or temporary building repairs, and making precision cuts to building materials.
Performs the disassembling of cubicles, cabinetry, high-end trim, built-ins, plumbing fixtures, bathroom stalls, church pews, and kitchen equipment
Operates equipment such as power tools, lifts, skid steers, and other specialty restoration equipment as needed.
Performs work when using extension ladders, scaffolding, and aerial work platforms (lifts).
