About The Position

ABM is seeking a motivated and dependable Semi-Skilled Construction Laborer to support construction operations on active semiconductor job sites. The role involves a variety of general and semi-skilled construction tasks requiring basic construction knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The laborer supports site preparation, material handling, installation, equipment operation, and general construction activities while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The listed pay is $18–$20 per hour. Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of construction-related experience.
Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment.

Ability to perform physical labor and work in a fast-paced construction environment.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and daily construction activities.
Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment.
Support installation crews and skilled trades with project tasks.
Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Perform demolition, excavation, and general labor duties as assigned.
Assist with construction layout, measurements, and project setup.
Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks under supervision.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow project specifications, work instructions, and safety requirements.
Identify and report safety concerns, equipment issues, and job site hazards.
Work collaboratively with supervisors, tradespeople, and team members to meet project goals.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
