Skilled Care Resident Assistant (State Tested CNA)
About The Position
At Community First Solutions, care teams focus on the person—not just the task. The Resident Assistant (State Tested CNA) provides direct, person-centered care to residents by assisting with daily activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being. The role includes helping with personal care and offering companionship, while fostering residents’ dignity, independence, and sense of belonging. The position is located at Jamestowne. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, each with an every-third-weekend rotation. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, based on the date of state certification.
Requirements
- Active status on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, person-centered care to residents.
- Assist residents with daily activities that support physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Help residents with personal care.
- Offer companionship to residents.
- Foster residents’ dignity, independence, and sense of belonging.
