About The Position

At Community First Solutions, care teams focus on the person—not just the task. The Resident Assistant (State Tested CNA) provides direct, person-centered care to residents by assisting with daily activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being. The role includes helping with personal care and offering companionship while fostering residents’ dignity, independence, and belonging.

The position is available full-time at 36 hours per week or part-time at 24 hours per week, with every third weekend rotation. The stated schedules are 6:30–7:00 for full-time and 6:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. for part-time. The position is at the Westover location. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, based on the date of state certification.

• Active status on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry.
