About The Position

The Ski & Ride School Team Lead is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of Ski & Ride School (SRS) Locations. Duties include scheduling coaches, assigning classes, facilitating the booking of private lessons, guest service, and resolving guest and employee issues as they arise. The Team Lead will communicate safety policies and help ensure the location operates optimally. Regular communication with location Supervisors, Managers, and General Managers is expected. The Team Lead must be willing to assist wherever necessary, both indoors and outdoors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Ability to read/write and communicate in English.
• A minimum of 2 years experience working for a Ski and Ride School.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• At least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• PSIA/AASI certification.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with RPOS.
• The ability to communicate in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating the setup and breakdown of the SRS meeting areas and all other SRS facilities both indoors and out.
• Communicating with coaches during morning meetings.
• Assigning lessons using the priority code.
• Ensuring guests are satisfied with their lessons.
• Facilitating the booking of private lessons.
• Guest service.
• Other duties as assigned.
