Hiring for our seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until December 15th or until the positions are filled (whichever is first). The Ski & Ride School Team Lead is responsible for assisting with the day to day running of SRS Locations. Duties include: scheduling coaches, assigning classes, facilitating the booking of private lessons, guest service, facilitating resolution of guest and employee issues as they arise, communicating safety policies and helping to ensure the location operation runs optimally. The Team Lead will communicate on a regular basis with location Supervisors, Managers and General Managers. The team lead needs to be willing to jump in and help out indoors or outdoors, whereever necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Ability to read/write and communicate in English.
• A minimum of 2 years experience working for a Ski and Ride School.
• PSIA/AASI certification (preferred).
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• At least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with RPOS.
• The ability to communicate in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating the setup and breakdown of the SRS meeting areas and all other SRS facilities both indoors and out.
• Communicating with coaches during morning meetings.
• Assigning lessons using the priority code.
• Ensuring guests are satisfied with their lessons.
• Facilitating the booking of private lessons.
• Guest service.
• Other duties as assigned.
