About The Position

This role is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of Ski & Ride School (SRS) locations. Duties include scheduling coaches, assigning classes, facilitating the booking of private lessons, providing guest service, resolving guest and employee issues, communicating safety policies, and ensuring optimal location operation. The Team Lead will communicate regularly with location Supervisors, Managers, and General Managers. The team lead needs to be willing to jump in and help out indoors or outdoors, wherever necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Ability to read/write and communicate in English.
• A minimum of 2 years experience working for a Ski and Ride School.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• PSIA/AASI certification (preferred).
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with RPOS.
• The ability to communicate in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating the setup and breakdown of the SRS meeting areas and all other SRS facilities both indoors and out.
• Communicating with coaches during morning meetings.
• Assigning lessons using the priority code.
• Ensuring guests are satisfied with their lessons.
• Facilitating the booking of private lessons.
• Guest service.
• Other duties as assigned.
