Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Ability to read/write and communicate in English.
- A minimum of 2 years experience working for a Ski and Ride School.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Exceptional guest service skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- PSIA/AASI certification (preferred).
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Proficiency with RPOS.
- The ability to communicate in Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the day to day running of SRS Locations.
- Scheduling coaches.
- Assigning classes.
- Facilitating the booking of private lessons.
- Guest service.
- Facilitating resolution of guest and employee issues as they arise.
- Communicating safety policies.
- Helping to ensure the location operation runs optimally.
- Communicating on a regular basis with location Supervisors, Managers and General Managers.
- Willing to jump in and help out indoors or outdoors, wherever necessary.
- Facilitating the setup and breakdown of the SRS meeting areas and all other SRS facilities both indoors and out.
- Communicating with coaches during morning meetings.
- Assigning lessons using the priority code.
- Ensuring guests are satisfied with their lessons.
- Other duties as assigned.
