Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Ability to read/write and communicate in English.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working for a Ski and Ride School.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Exceptional guest service skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • PSIA/AASI certification (preferred).
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency with RPOS.
  • The ability to communicate in Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the day to day running of SRS Locations.
  • Scheduling coaches.
  • Assigning classes.
  • Facilitating the booking of private lessons.
  • Guest service.
  • Facilitating resolution of guest and employee issues as they arise.
  • Communicating safety policies.
  • Helping to ensure the location operation runs optimally.
  • Communicating on a regular basis with location Supervisors, Managers and General Managers.
  • Willing to jump in and help out indoors or outdoors, wherever necessary.
  • Facilitating the setup and breakdown of the SRS meeting areas and all other SRS facilities both indoors and out.
  • Communicating with coaches during morning meetings.
  • Assigning lessons using the priority code.
  • Ensuring guests are satisfied with their lessons.
  • Other duties as assigned.
