Must have the ability and experience to manage instructors on a daily and season long basis. Additionally, these individuals can collaborate between different departments to quickly and seamlessly resolve guest and employee issues.
Requirements
- Current Level 2 PSIA/AASI or International equivalent certification.
- Five (400 hour) seasons as a full-time instructor.
- Computer literacy (MS office, SIRIUS ware).
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire employees to meet or exceed the standards and expectations of June Mountain.
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
