Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- One year of cash handling and/or supervision of ticket cashiers.
- Prior knowledge of ticketing systems.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
Responsibilities
- Supervises the ticket staff on a daily basis.
- Making daily work schedules.
- Assisting the ticket cashiers when needed.
- Providing backup as necessary.
- Trains cashiers on proper opening and closing procedures.
- Assists in the daily balancing of all ticket windows.
- Assists in the daily reporting of cash receipts.
- Organizes nightly bank drops.
