In this role, you will help oversee the daily outdoor operations of the tubing park & mountain coaster including managing lift operations, staffing levels, grooming, and equipment maintenance. You'll lead a dedicated team to ensure a safe, efficient, and enjoyable experience for our guests. When the Operations Manager is unavailable, you will take charge of all operational aspects, making quick decisions to maintain the highest standards of service and safety.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role
Proven leadership experience in managing employees and fostering teamwork
Ability to effectively resolve guest concerns and maintain a positive atmosphere
Comfortable and confident in controlling large groups in a friendly and organized manner
Strong background in maintenance and proficient use of power tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and staff
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to tubing and the Mountain Coaster
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, shoveling snow, and working in varying weather conditions, including direct sun and adverse weather
Familiarity with snow removal equipment
