Involves supervising a team of rental technicians, coordinating rental activities, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional guest service. Supervisor reports to the Rental Manager and works closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in using operational software and other computer applications
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with inventory management principles
Ability to perform duties such as lifting (40 pounds), shoveling snow, working in adverse weather conditions and direct sun
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations
