About The Position

The Ski Instructor Supervisor provides supervision to the snowsports office and team. The position supports office operations, guest services, cashiering, and a variety of duties in and around the chalet. This is a seasonal, part-time, non-exempt role that reports to the Snowsports Director.

Requirements

• Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Enjoy working with the general public.
• Be organized and take direction well.
• Good cash-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to tolerate extreme weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Prior supervisor experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; prior SMS programs training and office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to office staff in the absence of the Snowsports Director.
• Answer phones courteously and professionally.
• Handle money and financial payments for services and goods.
• Perform data entry using MS Office and SMS applications.
• Assist guests with needs or challenges.
• Assist with cashier staffing as needed.
• Help with a variety of duties in and around the chalet.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
