About The Position
Teaches skiing techniques to learners ranging from beginners to expert-level skiers. The role also supports guest service and resort operations, including special events and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest service by greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining a guest-friendly environment, meeting service standards, and maintaining product knowledge for the retail/rental shop.
- Teach skiing lessons to learners at all levels.
- Stay current with special events at the ski center or resort.
- Assist with rescue operations as needed.
- Perform other assigned duties, including parking lot duty, race course preparation, special event assistance, rental/retail/ticket sales support, waxing, repairs, snow shoveling, building fires, and policing trails for safety and ticket compliance.
