About The Position

The Ski Instructor Supervisor provides supervision to the snowsports office and team. The role supports office operations, guest service, cashier staffing, and other duties in and around the chalet. The position reports to the Snowsports Director and is non-exempt. The schedule is flexible and may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Enjoy working with the general public.
• Be organized and take direction well.
• Good cash-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to tolerate extreme weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Prior supervisor experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; prior SMS program training and office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to office staff in the absence of the Snowsports Director.
• Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle money and financial payments for services and goods.
• Perform data entry using MS Office and SMS applications.
• Assist guests with their needs or challenges.
• Assist with cashier staffing as needed.
• Help with a variety of duties in and around the chalet.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
