About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services at a client site. The role includes managing staffing, scheduling, and on-site training; ensuring personnel meet contract-required training and screening requirements; maintaining required overtime levels; inspecting personnel and performance for service quality and contract compliance; handling operational tasks such as payroll and incident reports; responding to client requests; and providing direction to subordinates. The Site Supervisor also makes recommendations concerning personnel actions, physical security surveys, post orders, productivity, and cost reduction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass any state-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Ability to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Must possess at least one of the following: active-duty military, military reserve, or National Guard service; Auxiliary Police or Police Cadet service; at least one year of verifiable, successful supervisory experience in the security-related industry; or an associate degree or higher in any discipline.
• At least 18 years of age, or older if required by the state; at least 21 years old if armed.
• Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors.
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training personnel assigned to the site.
• Ensure security personnel meet contract-required training and screening requirements.
• Maintain overtime at a minimal level or within requirements designated by Allied Universal.
• Inspect security personnel and their job performance when assigned to the shift to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Perform operational duties such as payroll, reviewing and maintaining incident reports, and assisting with security surveys and post orders.
• Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for directly supervised personnel.
• Respond to client requests.
• Make emergency notifications as required by site Post Orders.
• Provide subordinates with direction and instruction regarding their duties.
• Make disciplinary action and commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel.
• Recommend productivity improvements and cost reductions to management.
• Recommend physical security surveys and post orders.
