About The Position
The Site Supervisor oversees cleaning operations at a warehouse/distribution center facility in Union City, Georgia. The role is responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards, managing janitorial staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations. The position pays $20.00–$23.00 per hour; the specific offer may vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Requirements
- Previous experience in janitorial supervision, facility maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with Amazon’s cleanliness and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections for quality control and address deficiencies.
- Train staff on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to urgent cleaning requests and emergencies.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, health, and safety guidelines.
- Communicate with facility management about cleaning needs and improvements.
