Requirements

Previous supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations and ensure client expectations are met.
Lead, train, and manage employees while maintaining accountability and professionalism.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, performance management, disciplinary actions, and termination processes.
Work directly with clients to address concerns, resolve issues, and communicate operational updates.
Maintain clear and professional oral and written communication with clients, employees, and management.
Identify and resolve operational challenges while ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
