About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Site Supervisor for a security role in Richardson, Texas. The position emphasizes customer service and building connections that reassure and inspire confidence. The supervisor will welcome and guide visitors, verify identities, manage access, patrol the building, respond to incidents, and help protect people and property. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and the hourly wage is $17.50. A resume is required to move forward with the interview process. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state driver's license.
• Provide a resume to proceed with the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Patrol the interior and exterior of the building using a company golf cart.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
