About The Position

The Site Security Supervisor is an on-site role supporting site security management and operations at the Northlake, Texas location. The position assists with crisis response, first aid and emergency response, access control, visitor direction, facility patrols, security systems monitoring, incident documentation, and C-TPAT activities. It also oversees third-party security vendors and scheduling, may supervise second-shift proprietary security officers, and helps implement physical security improvements. The role may include other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school degree or higher.
At least 2 years of related security or law-enforcement experience.
Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
CPR, AED, and First Aid training.
Strong leadership skills, including effective oral and written communication, issue resolution, negotiation, motivating others, collaboration, teamwork, ability to deal with obstacles, and partnering with senior management to identify and solve problems.
Physical fitness is essential.
Successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen.
Must be able to pass any state-required training or other qualifications for licensing.

Nice To Haves

C-TPAT and/or regulatory compliance experience.
Proficiency in a martial art and/or other defensive skills.

Responsibilities

Assist site security management with assignments, including responding to crisis situations.
Administer First Aid, CPR, and AED assistance when needed.
Control site access and direct visitors.
Patrol and secure areas inside and outside the facility.
Monitor CCTV and other security systems.
Document security incidents.
Assist site management with C-TPAT-related activities and tasks.
Supervise third-party vendor security services and scheduling as needed.
Supervise second-shift proprietary SBD security officers, if applicable.
Assist security leadership with implementing physical security improvements.
Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
