About The Position

This role is for a Data Center Site Services Manager responsible for a team that executes the installation, service, repair, support, maintenance, and decommissioning of network, storage, and compute assets in our data center. The Data Center Operations Team is looking for a strong leader to serve as Data Center Site Services Manager, providing direct support for data center service uptime and supervising a team of Data Center Technicians. Requirements

• Experience managing or leading employees and/or a contingent workforce in a data center or equivalent environment.
• Experience working in an IT environment in areas of installation, delivery, or operations management.
• Experience working with servers, storage hardware, or network hardware.

Responsibilities

• Executes the installation, service, repair, support, maintenance, and decommissioning of network, storage, and compute assets in our data center.
• Provides direct support for data center service uptime.
• Supervises a team of Data Center Technicians.
