About The Position

Keeley Companies' Heavy Industries Group is seeking a Primavera P6 Site Scheduler who is willing to travel as needed. The role develops and maintains project schedules, including integrated master schedules and resource-loaded schedules, and uses Primavera P6 for critical path method (CPM) schedule development and analysis. The scheduler tracks costs and schedule status, updates schedules for scope changes, prepares reports and presentations, and works with project team members and customer representatives.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience performing the primary responsibilities in Primavera P6.
Advanced Primavera P6 skills or certification.
Ability to track costs and schedule status of assigned tasks.
Ability to interact effectively with customer representatives.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
Agreement to complete a selection assessment and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain schedules and integrated master schedules.
Develop, monitor, and update resource-loaded schedules.
Evaluate schedules, perform resource analysis and critical path analysis, and prepare reports.
Perform CPM schedule development and schedule analysis using Primavera P6, and prepare schedule presentations.
Generate reports and update project schedules for scope changes weekly or as needed.
Review and verify project-related scheduling information with the project team.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with project team members.
Track costs and schedule status of assigned tasks.
Interact effectively with customer representatives.
Travel as needed.
