About The Position

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a P6 Scheduler to join its Energy Market Team in Birmingham, Alabama. The role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing detailed project schedules and monitoring schedule performance and variances, with regular status updates to the project manager. The Scheduler performs critical path analysis to assess project completion timing and budget, forecast delays, and evaluate alternative scenarios. The position also leads schedule update and review meetings, identifies schedule risks and opportunities, analyzes schedule impacts from change orders or scope modifications, and supports cost/schedule integration, including contractor schedules, in collaboration with Project Controls to ensure accurate progress measurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of scheduling experience using Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of CPM concepts and calculations.
• Highly articulate, with a clear and analytical approach to problem solving and strong decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
