About The Position

Agilix Solutions is hiring a Site Materials Support Specialist in Glen, Mississippi. This role provides technical and operational support for MRO sales and back-office execution, with a strong focus on internally oriented support activities and additional support for outside sales staff. The position also contributes technical support to internal teams and projects. The schedule is Friday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The role reports to the Sr. Site Materials Manager.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate information to appropriate stakeholders.
• Time-management and organizational skills, including urgency in responding to internal and external customer demands.
• Two years of industry experience.
• Computer skills, including Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PDF tools.
• Excellent listening skills and willingness to ask and answer questions.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop original concepts for training, servicing, and selling to internal and external customers.
• Ability to stand or be on one's feet for prolonged periods throughout the day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Distribution experience is a plus.
• Experience with CribMaster and SX.e is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain MRO vending machines in customer storerooms; work across multiple Site Materials storeroom accounts.
• Deploy and maintain barcode-scanning solutions for Site Materials accounts and train staff to use them successfully; cross-training is required.
• Support Site Materials reporting, metrics, and business system maintenance.
• Provide inside sales support, including inventory evaluation and other branch needs.
• Provide feedback on Site Materials business efficiency and areas for improvement.
