About The Position
Agilix Solutions is seeking a Site Materials Support Specialist in Glen, Mississippi. The position provides varied support for MRO sales and back-office execution, including technical maintenance and support for Site Materials solutions. It includes internally focused support activities and support for outside sales staff, with additional technical work involving internal teams and projects. The role reports to the Sr. Site Materials Manager. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate with appropriate stakeholders.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills, with urgency in responding to internal and external customer demands.
- Two years of industry experience.
- Computer skills, including Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PDF tools.
- Excellent listening skills and willingness to ask and answer questions.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop original concepts for training, servicing, and selling to internal and external customers.
- Ability to stand or be on one's feet for prolonged periods throughout the day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Distribution experience.
- Experience with CribMaster and SX.e.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain MRO vending machines in customer storerooms across multiple Site Materials accounts.
- Deploy and maintain barcode scanning solutions for Site Materials accounts, and train staff to use them successfully; cross-training is required.
- Maintain Site Materials reporting, metrics, and business systems.
- Support inside sales, including inventory evaluation and other branch needs.
- Provide feedback on Site Materials business efficiency and areas for improvement.
