About The Position

Agilix Solutions is hiring a Site Materials Support Specialist in Glen, Mississippi. This position provides technical and operational support across MRO sales and back-office execution, with a primary focus on Site Materials MRO solutions. The role includes internally focused support activities and support for outside sales staff, as well as work with other internal teams, projects, and opportunities.

The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The position reports to the Sr. Site Materials Manager and requires work at multiple Site Materials storeroom accounts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate with appropriate stakeholders.
• Time-management and organizational skills, with urgency in responding to internal and external customer demands.
• Computer skills, including Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PDF tools.
• Excellent listening skills and willingness to ask and answer questions.
• Creative thinking and the ability to create original concepts for training, servicing, and selling to internal and external customers.
• Ability to stand or be on your feet for prolonged periods throughout the day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Distribution experience is a plus.
• CribMaster experience is a plus.
• SX.e experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain MRO vending machines in customer storerooms, including work at multiple Site Materials storeroom accounts.
• Deploy and maintain barcode-scanning solutions for Site Materials accounts and train staff to use them successfully.
• Cross-train as required.
• Support Site Materials reporting, metrics, and business system maintenance.
• Provide inside sales support, including inventory evaluations and other branch needs.
• Provide feedback on Site Materials business efficiency and areas for improvement.
• Support outside sales staff and other internal teams, projects, and opportunities.
