About The Position

Agilix Solutions is seeking a Site Materials Support Specialist in Glen, Mississippi. The role provides a variety of technical support services across MRO sales and back-office execution. It primarily supports Site Materials MRO solutions and duties, while also assisting internally focused teams, projects, and outside sales staff. The position works with multiple Site Materials storeroom accounts and reports to the Sr. Site Materials Manager.

The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 5:30 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. The role involves standing for prolonged periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey information to appropriate stakeholders.
• Time-management and organizational skills, with urgency in responding to internal and external customer demands.
• Two years of industry experience.
• Computer skills, including Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PDF.
• Excellent listening skills and willingness to ask and answer questions.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop original concepts to train, service, and sell to internal and external customers.
• Ability to stand or be on one's feet for prolonged periods throughout the day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Distribution experience.
• Experience with CribMaster and SX.e.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain MRO vending machines in customer storerooms, including work at multiple Site Materials storeroom accounts.
• Deploy and maintain barcode-scanning solutions for Site Materials accounts and train staff to use them successfully; cross-training is required.
• Support Site Materials reporting, metrics, and business-system maintenance.
• Provide inside-sales support, including inventory evaluation and other branch needs.
• Provide feedback on Site Materials business efficiency and areas for improvement.
