About The Position

Mini Mall Storage Properties is seeking a Site Manager to support the daily operation of a self-storage facility. The role combines customer service, sales, and property operations, helping customers find suitable storage solutions while keeping the facility safe, clean, and welcoming. The Site Manager also supports local marketing, financial administration, and staff scheduling, training, and development, partnering with the Regional Operations Manager as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience managing the day-to-day activities of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Manage daily property operations, including leasing, rent collection, tenant records, unit inventory, pricing, and payment processing.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, coordinate repairs, and ensure site safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop local marketing initiatives to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy.
• Partner with the Regional Operations Manager on budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Support hiring, scheduling, UKG timekeeping, overtime management, and employee training and development, including serving as a trainer for property staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
