About The Position

Mini Mall Storage Properties is seeking a Site Manager to combine customer service, sales, and property operations at a self-storage facility. The role helps customers find appropriate storage solutions and ensures the facility is safe, clean, secure, and welcoming. The Site Manager manages daily facility and team activities, supports local marketing and financial administration, and works with the Regional Operations Manager. The position offers a full-time daytime schedule with no late nights, early mornings, or Sundays.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience managing the day-to-day activities of a team.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management.

Responsibilities

Resolve tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.
Manage daily property operations, including leasing, rent collection, tenant records, unit inventory, pricing, and payment processing.
Maintain facility cleanliness, coordinate repairs, and ensure site safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
Develop local marketing initiatives to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy.
Partner with the Regional Operations Manager on budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Support hiring, scheduling, UKG timekeeping, overtime management, and employee training and development.
Serve as a trainer for property staff.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
