About The Position

The Site Manager provides a superior i9 Sports Experience and oversees game-day operations at a venue. The role requires a high-energy, organized person with strong problem-solving skills. Experience working with children and an interest in learning sports management are ideal. i9 Sports is a customer service-oriented company, and experience delivering exceptional customer service is an advantage. The season dates listed are Oct 31–Dec 13 and Jan 9–Feb 28.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and solve problems.
• Awareness and ability to take charge of situations to ensure player safety.
• Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for the full season of approximately seven weeks.
• Must pass a National Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the gym for game-day events.
• Keep score during games.
• Manage and supervise volunteer coaches.
• Oversee venue operations and ensure programs run on schedule.
• Demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values.
• Organize game-day equipment and maintain venue cleanliness.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
• Lift 35 pounds or more overhead.
