About The Position

The Site Lead coordinates daily facility operations and provides leadership and direction to team members at an assigned location. The role provides supervision when the Manager is not present and ensures facility operations follow policies and procedures. The Site Lead oversees and performs cleaning operations, demonstrates established standards for keeping buildings clean and safe, and may support general janitorial duties. The position involves operating specialized equipment and handling cleaning chemicals.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

One year of similar work experience.
One year of customer service experience.
One year of lead or supervisory experience.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Follow assigned work schedules and route cards, and report any barriers.
Provide leadership and direction to team members.
Maintain open communication between field employees and management, and monitor and document client communications.
Assist with creating daily and weekly work schedules.
Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building.
Take care of keys and access cards for the property.
Report damaged, broken, or out-of-work features and items.
Oversee and perform additional service requests (tag jobs) in the assigned building.
Oversee job quality and confirm completion with the Area Manager.
Train new hires assigned to the building in accordance with onboarding procedures.
Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
Obtain any additional certifications or training required by site type.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
