About The Position

Interstate, a family-owned janitorial and maintenance company, is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Lead/Working Supervisor to work at a client site. The role combines cleaning duties with staff leadership and coordination. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, and a team player. The schedule is 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Wednesday through Saturday. Pay is $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Knowledge of chemicals and equipment.
• Fluency in English, including reading, writing, and communication.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and bend.
• Reliable transportation.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual ability in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, sanitize, and disinfect bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Dust mop and wet mop floors.
• Remove trash and replace trash can liners.
• Train new employees as directed.
• Respond to emergency calls and resolve problems.
• Lead and motivate staff at the assigned account.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
