About The Position

Interstate Premier Facility Services Provider is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Lead/Working Supervisor to work at a client site. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to contribute as part of a team. The role combines janitorial work with leading and motivating staff, training new employees as directed, responding to emergencies, and managing multiple projects and tasks. The job specification may be modified or amended and may include other related duties.

The schedule is 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Wednesday through Saturday. Pay is $16.00 per hour. Candidates must have reliable transportation, be legally authorized to work in the United States, and be able to pass a background check.

Requirements

• Knowledge of chemicals and equipment.
• Fluent in English, including reading, writing, and communication.
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently and bend.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, sanitize, and disinfect bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Dust and wet mop floors.
• Remove trash and replace trash can liners.
• Train new employees as directed.
• Respond to emergency calls and resolve problems.
• Lead and motivate staff at the assigned account.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
