About The Position

AlphaBEST is hiring a part-time Before and After School Program Site Director for the 2026/2027 school year in the Revere, Massachusetts area. The Site Director leads a team of Guides and works with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site. The role supports engaging activities in fitness, the arts, technology, and other areas; trains Guides to lead activities that spark children's curiosity; and establishes clubs reflecting students' interests and talents. The Site Director also fosters a caring, family-oriented environment and positive relationships among staff, children, parents, and the school community.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:45–9:00 a.m. and 2:00–6:00 p.m. Pay is $24.00 per hour. AlphaBEST is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Requirements

• Associate degree and one year of experience in a licensed facility.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
• Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Guides delivering engaging activities in fitness, the arts, technology, and other areas.
• Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
• Train Guides to lead activities that ignite children's sense of wonder.
• Establish clubs that build on students' interests and talents and encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment and foster positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships.
