About The Position

AlphaBEST is hiring a Before and After School Site Director for the 2026–2027 school year. The Site Director leads a team of Guides and works with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site. The role involves helping deliver activities in fitness, the arts, technology, and other areas; training Guides to lead activities that spark children's curiosity; and establishing clubs based on students' interests and talents. The Director also provides a caring, family-oriented environment for staff, children, and parents. The schedule is Monday through Friday, mornings and afternoons. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Must successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
• Associate's degree or 60 college credit hours, including 18 hours in Education, Child Development, Human Services, or Recreation from an approved and accredited institution of higher education.
• Two years of supervised teaching experience in a licensed or approved Early Childhood Program; student teaching may fulfill this requirement.
