About The Position

The Site Administrator position is a key role responsible for leading, directing, and managing the operations of a behavioral health outpatient clinic. This role works alongside the clinical director to ensure the needs of patients, employees, and the organization are met. Responsibilities include overseeing the electronic medical record, scheduling, building and facility needs, staffing, reports, budgeting, special projects, grievances, appeals, and on-call services. The Site Administrator also ensures clinical employees have the necessary support and tools for efficient, quality care. A strong focus on high-quality patient care, a positive customer service attitude, responsiveness, and a desire to serve the community with honesty, respect, and strength are essential.

Requirements

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in a field related to behavioral health or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
  • Minimum two years supervisory experience required.
  • Must maintain current CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications.
  • Must maintain a valid Arizona driver's license and car insurance.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Exemplary leadership skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow direction, use sound judgment, possess excellent management skills, and be able to identify priorities and stay organized.
  • Ability to utilize multiple types of office equipment (i.e. phones, copier, fax, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to utilize the internet and various web browsers.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum four years experience in behavioral health preferred.
  • Ability to type 25 to 40 WPM is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, direct, and manage the operations of a behavioral health outpatient clinic.
  • Ensure the needs of patients, employees, and the organization are met.
  • Oversee the electronic medical record system.
  • Manage appointment and transportation scheduling.
  • Address building and facility needs.
  • Handle staffing and scheduling.
  • Manage reports, budgeting, special projects, and requests.
  • Process grievances and appeals.
  • Oversee on-call services.
  • Ensure clinical employees have the support and tools they need for efficient, quality care.
