About The Position

As a Site Administrator for a utility-scale solar electrical subcontractor, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the construction site. You will coordinate with various teams, manage documentation, and assist with project logistics to facilitate efficient project execution.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction or a related field.
  • Ability to work well on a team and collaborate with different departments within the organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Procore a plus.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Experience with IRA Registered Apprenticeship Program a plus.
  • Additional education or certifications in office administration are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, preparing reports, preparing offer packets, preparing spreadsheets, and maintaining records.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, permits, and inspection reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for project staff.
  • Serve as a liaison between site management, workers, subcontractors, the corporate office and Human Resources.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed on-site.
  • Assist with timekeeping and payroll, including correspondence with site personnel and the payroll department.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring the site office is well-organized and functional.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
