About The Position

Signarama is seeking a Production and Design Specialist to design, produce, and install signage while providing excellent customer service. The role involves creating vinyl, digital, exterior, and other sign products using software, hand tools, and production machinery. The specialist represents the company in-store and during local site visits and installations, and helps maintain equipment, an organized workspace, and adequate inventory. Signarama provides in-store training in sales, product knowledge, production techniques, and related areas.

Requirements

Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new design and point-of-sale software.
Strong mathematical and spelling skills.
Able to use measurement tools proficiently.
Physically able to perform manual tasks, including lifting over 80 pounds and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

Design and create a variety of signs, including vinyl, digital, and exterior products.
Operate production equipment, including laminators, plotters, panel saws, and trimmers.
Represent the brand professionally in-store and during on-site installations, providing a positive customer experience.
Maintain equipment and keep the workspace neat and organized.
Travel locally to assess sites, provide estimates, and perform installations.
Monitor and manage inventory levels.
