About The Position
Trim Cappers glue metal trim, edging, and/or retainers to plastic sign faces of fabricated letters and shapes.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED.
- Ability to visualize three-dimensional objects from two-dimensional drawings.
- Ability to safely operate power and small hand tools.
- Proficient in basic math.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Ability to stand and walk in approximately a 200 ft. radius for 8-10 hours/day.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50-80 lbs.
- Ability to maintain correct postures while reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, and twisting.
- Ability to reach horizontally across a work surface beyond 12” from the body up to full body extension.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, written procedures, and verbal instructions.
- Strong math skills and basic hand/eye coordination
