Sign and Graphics Installation Specialist

About The Position

FASTSIGNS is hiring a Sign and Graphics Installation Specialist to turn designs into finished visual communications. The role performs on-site installation of a range of signs and graphics, fabricates and assembles signage using specialized machinery, and works with other installers and the sales team to complete projects efficiently and accurately. The specialist also reviews work orders, troubleshoots equipment, and surveys sites for technical measurements and details. The job offers Monday through Friday hours and pays $25.00–$30.00 per hour.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in the sign and graphics industry.
Proven installation experience with vinyl graphics and window films, vinyl banners, dimensional signage, and interior and exterior electrical signage.
Advanced knowledge of power tools and general construction methods, including measuring, leveling, drilling, and cutting.
Ability to solve technical problems creatively with little supervision.
Strong math and spelling skills and attention to quality.
Valid Texas Driver's License and a clean driving record; CDL is not required.
Ability to lift 75+ pounds and stand or kneel for extended periods.
Manual dexterity to apply vinyl graphics using repetitive hand motions.
Comfort working in varying temperatures and outdoor weather conditions.
Comfort working at heights between 10 and 80 feet, using lifts, ladders, and scaffolding as needed.

Responsibilities

Install large-format vinyl graphics, dimensional and channel letters, electrical signage, site signs, and oversized banners at customer sites.
Fabricate and assemble signage using machinery such as laminators, lasers, and Zund digital cutters, including flat panels and small metal fabrication projects.
Work with other installers to complete jobs efficiently and within the given timeframe.
Partner with the sales team to provide labor estimates and project updates.
Proof work orders and troubleshoot equipment to ensure projects meet quality standards.
Visit sites to collect technical measurements and other information for the sales and design teams.
