About The Position

Western Express Shuttle Drivers provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for riders to designated destinations. They support the Western Express orientation process and represent the company, often serving as one of the first points of contact for people joining Western Express. Drivers are expected to provide a professional, courteous, and welcoming experience. The role calls for sound judgment, initiative, attention to detail, effective time management, flexibility, and strong customer service skills. In-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of the position. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. or as determined (TBD).

Requirements

Hold a valid driver's license and have no at-fault accidents within the past two years.
Possess a CDL B or CDL A with P endorsement.
Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and comply with applicable random drug and alcohol testing requirements.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Demonstrate a positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
Be flexible and able to accommodate varying schedules and transportation routes.
Be dependable, organized, and professional, and able to work independently.
Maintain a courteous, welcoming, and professional demeanor when interacting with riders.
Have strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Attend in person, as in-office attendance is an essential function of the position.

Nice To Haves

Previous shuttle, rideshare, passenger transportation, or similar driving experience.
