About The Position

Western Express Shuttle Drivers provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for riders to designated destinations. They play an important role in the Western Express orientation process and serve as direct representatives of the company. As an early point of contact for people joining Western Express, drivers are expected to provide a professional, courteous, and welcoming experience. The position calls for sound judgment, initiative, attention to detail, effective time management, flexibility, and strong customer service skills. In-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of the position.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with no at-fault accidents within the past two years.
CDL B or CDL A with P endorsement.
Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and comply with applicable random drug and alcohol testing requirements.
At least 21 years of age.
Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and transportation routes.
Dependable, organized, and professional, with the ability to work independently.
Courteous, welcoming, and professional demeanor when interacting with riders.
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Sound judgment, initiative, attention to detail, and effective time management.
Ability to attend work in person, in-office.

Nice To Haves

Previous shuttle, rideshare, passenger transportation, or similar driving experience.
