About The Position
The Shuttle Driver is responsible for delivering and picking up customers, running necessary errands, and relieving the car porter as needed. This role is part of the Service Department and reports to the Service Manager.
Requirements
- Able to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Good judgment and pleasant personality.
- Must be at least 21 years or older.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport customers to and from the service department as a courtesy.
- Maintain a courteous and friendly demeanor at all times to create a pleasant environment within the van.
- Promote goodwill through casual conversation with customers.
- Keep the van clean at all times.
- Regularly check the oil in the van and report any operational issues to service.
- Drive in a safe and responsible manner, observing all laws and speed limits.
- Transport parts or perform other delivery tasks as needed.
